Legal
Terms of service
These terms describe the default service rules for livexbox. Review them with counsel and adapt contact details, jurisdiction, retention periods, and payment policies before relying on them as a legal contract.
Service use
- livexbox provides hosted embeddable chat boxes, plan-gated limits, admin tools, moderation tools, and payment workflows.
- Site owners are responsible for the chat boxes they create, the domains where they embed the widget, the users they allow, and the content posted through their box.
- Accounts may be limited, locked, suspended, or terminated for abuse, illegal content, payment failure, attempts to bypass limits, or activity that risks platform stability.
Billing and plans
- Paid plans are activated when a matching invoice is marked paid by an accepted provider callback or approved billing action.
- Expired paid plans keep their plan metadata but enter a billing locked state until renewal.
- Plan limits are enforced server-side and may affect posting, visitors, users, archives, integrations, custom CSS, moderation, and concurrency.
Customer obligations
- Keep admin credentials secure and rotate publish security tags when embed code is exposed to an untrusted party.
- Do not use webhooks, SSO, bots, or custom CSS to attack private networks, browsers, platform infrastructure, or third-party services.
- Maintain your own content policies and respond to abuse reports involving your chat box.
