Use this page as a quick operating guide for a livexbox account. For account-specific support, include your box tag, admin email, invoice number, and a short description of what changed or failed.
Create and publish a box
- Create an account from the homepage or open an existing box in /admin.
- Open Publish, choose an embed variation, copy the generated code, and paste it into the site that should host the chat.
- If Quick Link is disabled, installed embeds continue to work through the exact security tag in their URL.
Configure daily operation
- Posting and Layout options control message order, input position, search visibility, older message position, registration requirements, CAPTCHA, country flags, and online users.
- Theme controls manage the widget colors, role name colors, fonts, custom CSS, avatars, sounds, and sticky messages.
- Moderation tools include filters, bans, message approval, bulk pruning, exports, and moderator users.
Troubleshooting
- If the widget does not load, verify the publish security tag, allowed domain, plan state, and browser console errors.
- If country flags show as unknown, confirm GeoLite2-Country.mmdb is installed and trusted proxy headers are configured correctly.
- If billing remains pending, check the invoice number, provider callback, payment event log, and operator reconciliation state.
