- Service notices should be updated when policy, billing, privacy, or availability changes affect customers.
Notice handling
- Security-sensitive incidents should be summarized publicly only after private mitigation steps are complete.
- Billing or plan changes should identify the effective date and whether existing invoices are affected.
- Legal notices should link to the current Terms and Privacy pages.
