Billing behavior

Free accounts can start without checkout.
Paid plans activate after a matching invoice is paid through Stripe, PayPal, or approved billing confirmation.
Expired paid boxes keep their settings and enter billing lock until renewal.
Pro+ includes selected CCU provisioning metadata and uses active sessions for capacity enforcement.

Plan limits

Limits are enforced server-side for messages, visitors, users, channels, archives, integrations, custom CSS, country controls, moderation, private messages, and concurrency.
Changing a plan can remove access to paid-only settings until the box is upgraded again.
Invoices and provisioning state are tracked server-side for reliable plan enforcement.
